Day-to-day Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival Cairo

When you arrive in Cairo for a luxury cruise package and stay in the land of the Pharaohs, one of the most exciting places in the world, one of our tour directors and drivers will meet you at the airport. After going through the immigration formalities, you will be transferred to the hotel where you will stay in Cairo.

You will be helped to check in, after which you will be told what time you will be taken for the next day’s tour. After that, you can do whatever you want for the rest of the day.

Day 2: Memphis, Saqqara, and Giza Pyramids

Your private Egyptologist guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Memphis, the capital of Egypt, during the Old Kingdom. After seeing the Saqqara necropolis, you will go to Saqqara to see the ancient Saqqara necropolis, which was built for Pharaoh Djoser. By the time of the pyramids at Giza, the Step Pyramid would have been sold.

Next, you’ll go to an excellent local restaurant for lunch. Afterward, you’ll go to the ancient Giza necropolis to see the famous Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. After you tour this site, you’ll be driven back to your hotel and have the rest of the day to yourself.

Night Stay In Cairo

Day 3:Cairo Museum and Citadel with Khan El Khalili

Start the third day of your luxurious Nile cruise and enjoy another good breakfast at your hotel. Your guide and driver will take you to the Egyptian Museum. This museum contains more than 100,000 ancient items, including all the antiquities and treasures found in the tomb of King Tutankhamun. They are now permanently on display in the museum’s treasure room, which you’ll see when you go there.

After you are done at the museum, you will have another lovely lunch. After that, you will go to several other places, such as the Cairo Citadel and the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, which has been around for hundreds of years. You will be transferred to your hotel when your tour ends, and the rest of the day is yours.

Day 4:Transfer to Luxor, cruise, and sightseeing in Luxor

The next phase of your luxury Nile cruise and stay holiday begins today, so after breakfast, you will check out from your hotel. Then you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Luxor, where you will again be met in person and then taken to board the magnificent 5-Star Nile cruise ship. Have lunch aboard the vessel, and then visit the vast Karnak Temple complex and the Luxor Museum.

After your tour, your Egyptologist guide will get you and the other small group member back to the ship, and you will have some free time for yourself before dinner is served. Enjoy this night of your Luxury Nile Cruise and Stay package in your cabin on the water at Luxor.

Day 5:Luxor West Bank and Dendera Temple Tour

After breakfast on board, your Egyptologist guide will take you to 3 unique places: Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habu Temple, and Colossi of Memnon. There are more than 60 ancient tombs in the Valley of the Kings, and all of them are from the era of the New Kingdom.

After your tour, you will return to the ship, which will sail to Qena while lunch will be served. You will be taken to the ancient Dendera Temple built for the goddess Hathor shortly after you arrive in Qena.

After visiting the temple, return to the cruise ship and do whatever you want for the rest of the day. On this night of your cruise, you will spend the night in Qena on the water.

Day 6:Cruise to Luxor and West Bank tour

In the morning, you will sail back to Luxor and then go on another tour of the West Bank. This time, you’ll see the Valley of the Tombs of the Nobles, the rock-cut tomb of Queen Hatshepsut, and the stunning Luxor Temple complex.

After your tour, you can return to the cruise ship and do whatever you want for the rest of the day. On this night of your cruise, you’ll spend the night in Luxor on the water.

Day 7:Cruise to Edfu and the Temple of Horus

After a good breakfast on board, you will sail to Edfu, where you will be taken to see the Temple of Horus, which has been buried in the sand for more than 2000 years and is the best ancient cult temple in Egypt.

No other excursions are planned for this day of your cruise, so after your tour, you will have the rest of the day to yourself, and this night of your cruise vacation will be spent on the water in Edfu.

Day 8:Aswan cruise and Aswan sightseeing

Have breakfast as you sail to Aswan. Later in the day, an Egyptologist guide will take you on a tour of Aswan, where you will see the Aswan High Dam, the unfinished Obelisk, and the ancient Temple of Philae, which had to be moved entirely to prevent it from existing. Lake Nasser flooded after the construction of the Aswan High Dam.

There are no other tours today, so you’ll have the rest of the day yourself after your time. You will spend this night on your luxury Nile cruise and accommodation on the water in Aswan.

Day 9:Cruise to Kom Ombo and return to Aswan

Today, your cruise ship will depart Aswan in the morning and sail to Kom Ombo. You will visit the Kom Ombo Temple, once a place of worship for two different deities. Both deities had to be treated the same, so this complex is just two temples, one a copy of the other.

When you finish the temple, you will return to the cruise ship. The ship will sail to Aswan, where you will spend the night on a luxury Nile cruise and vacation accommodation.

Day 10:Abu Simbel Tour

You’ll start your day early with a breakfast box at 4:30 am. You will board a modern air-conditioned vehicle for the excursion to the magnificent Ramses II temples at Abu Simbel, which usually takes around 3.5 hours.

After the tour, you will return to your Nile cruise.

Day 11:End of cruises - Excursion to Cairo for final departure

Today is the last day of your luxury cruise vacation and stay, so after breakfast, you will disembark from the cruise. You will then be transferred to Aswan Airport, where you will catch a short flight back to Cairo to connect to your home flight.

Tipping in Egypt

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and is entirely up to the discretion of travelers. Although it is not mandatory, it is of great importance to the people who take care of you while traveling.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include a food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Optional Visits & Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering the pyramids from inside, the mummies’ room in Museum, or entering the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Booking Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
  • Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
  • Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  • Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
  • Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour

Children Policy

  • Up to 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
