You will be picked up from Cairo Airport by your Egyptologist Guide; you will start the day by visiting the Giza Plateau, which is only about 30 minutes from Cairo, where your Egyptologist Guide will provide a fascinating introduction to each of the three pyramids: Khufu, Khafre and Menakaure.
After visiting the pyramids, your Guide will offer you the opportunity for an unforgettable photo by continuing across the plateau to take in the view of the three pyramids rising from the sands, with the Cairo skyline in the background.
A short distance to the city side of the plateau finds you standing at the feet of the Sphinx, for thousands of years, the enigmatic symbol of Egypt!
You will next visit the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. It displays the world’s most significant and precious artifacts of Egyptian items and art. The Museum exhibits a rare collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts that date as far back as 5000 years.
You will continue your tour to enjoy the most fantastic shopping experience at the famous Khan Khalili Bazaar. The many shops in this area are known for trading fine perfumes, brass and copperware, leather goods, fine antiques, clothing, and many other items.
After your tour, you will be transferred back to Cairo Airport in time for your departure flight.
